Chaga Hot Chocolate

This fatty, antioxidant and mineral-rich drink is a great coffee substitute. It’s energizing without the stimulant effect of caffeine, and is nourishing and warming for cold winter mornings. 

1 1/2 cup strong brewed chaga tea (or you can sub 1 1/2 cups hot water + 2 tsp chaga powder)
3 Tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger 
Pinch of sea salt 
1 Tbsp MCT oil
1 Tbsp grass-fed ghee
1 Tbsp cacao butter

Blend and drink hot!
