No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

These no-bake peanut butter oat cookies were made with good intention to serve as a quick refuel when we’re out climbing… but I won’t lie, they didn’t last that long! These are a great source of quick energy, and with a high fat and protein content will keep you full and nourished for hours.

1 cup raw whole oats
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp organic molasses
1 Tbsp local honey 
Pinch of sea salt

Mix well and press into silicon molds, or roll into balls. Refrigerate and enjoy cold!
