Paleo Seed Bread

Paleo seed bread – a great grain free alternative to traditional breads or crackers. Low carb, high fibre and rich in minerals and fat-soluble vitamins!

3/4 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 
1/2 cup sesame seeds 
1/2 cup oil (olive, coconut or ghee)
2 tsp sea salt 

Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Spread into a class or cast iron loaf pan, and bake at 375 for 55 minutes. Best if cooled completely before sliced. Store in the fridge and enjoy as is or toasted.
